Well, after a little pain and suffering of the car buying process, Jessica got a new car. It’s a 2007 Ford Fusion SEL. So far we love the car, though, I’ve driven it more than her. That’s my fault though, I won’t let her drive when we go somewhere. Basically the jist of the situation was our 2005 Toyota Matrix had over 70k on the clock and we thought it would be a good time to get rid of it. The deal went over pretty well, we ended up with a nicer car for less money a month will full warranty and a much better car. With a little wheeling and dealing we got the dealer to tint the windows, replace the windshield and re-detail the car for free. From what I gathered, they lost money on the deal so my advice to anyone who reads this, the best day of the year to buy a car would be the last day or weekend of June during the dealers last big chance to sell the remainding year end models. I’ll keep you posted on how this car is working out for us.
