I'm sure you can find ones that suite your needs there, if not I'm sure you could fund a bounty for someone to write one for you. Most of the companies that I have done work for use Symantec Corporate Edition AV which has a script that is already made so it was pretty easy for me. I'm not a programmer so I really don't know how to help you with any C code but the internet is a wonderful thing, lets put it that way.
