		<description>So what has gotten us to this point?  Is it simply technology allowing people to communicate easier such as cell phones, IM&#039;s, ..etc? or

I think that one cause could be the the &quot;NOW&quot; generation where people need to have something this -very- minute.  Waiting around for information is not an option anymore.  We are used to Google kicking up pages with a cornucopia of information.  We have access to information everywhere.   People (employees,workers..etc) are also providers of information .and are now being pushed more and more to produce instant results.
