Is it simply technology allowing people to communicate easier such as cell phones, IM's, ..etc? or I think that one cause could be the the "NOW" generation where people need to have something this -very- minute. Waiting around for information is not an option anymore. We are used to Google kicking up pages with a cornucopia of information. We have access to information everywhere. People (employees,workers..etc) are also providers of information .and are now being pushed more and more to produce instant results. <> ??? hmm? :) So what has gotten us to this point?
